Bring the mesmerizing beauty of Great Sand Dune into your home with this open edition canvas print by contemporary glass artist Alina B. This custom print reproduction captures the reflective, fluid, and dynamic qualities of Alina’s signature mirror-inspired artwork. Choose your preferred print size and framing options to perfectly complement your décor.

Artist Bio:
Lithuania native Alina discovered her passion for glass design at the Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts, where she mastered techniques including blown glass, fusing, etching, casting, and stained glass under Valmantas Gutauskas, apprentice of the renowned Dale Chihuly. She also studied art history at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste München, drawing inspiration from Franz Klein, Egon Schiele, and Gustav Klimt. After traveling extensively, Alina settled in Connecticut in 2010. She blends traditional techniques with modern experimentation, creating works that honor her academic training while embracing contemporary creativity. Her preferred medium is mirror, manipulated with acids and paint to produce reflective, dynamic compositions that interact with light and environment.

Artist Statement:

"There are two things that fascinate me when working with mirrors: that my 'canvas' is a challenging surface with which to work, and the introduction of a finished piece into a new environment. Each new space or angle engages the viewer; reflections of light or rooms become a part of the piece. In a way, these mirror paintings are never-ending creations.
"And then one day you will look for you in the mirror and you’ll no longer be able to identify yourself – you’ll only see everyone and everything else." – M. Quick
