A: Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days from our artisans. Made-to-order or artisanal pieces may require 2–6 weeks. Each product listing includes estimated shipping times so you know what to expect.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: At this time, Marilu ships within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your Marilu account at any time to view your order status.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Because many of our goods are handmade or made to order, some items may be final sale — see individual product pages for details.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Please email our Customer Care team at info@shopmarilu.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes! If you’d like to exchange your item for a different style or color, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help if your item is eligible.
