We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, we’ll make it right.

If Something Isn’t Right

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@shopmarilu.com with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund—whichever makes the most sense for you.

Change of Heart?

Because many of our goods are handmade, made-to-order, or sourced from artisan communities, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This helps us reduce waste and honor the uniqueness of each piece.

That said—we’re real people behind this shop. If something truly isn’t working out, just reach out. We’ll do our best to help.

Small Imperfections = Part of the Story

Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the beauty of handmade and small-batch items. These aren’t considered defects—they’re what make your piece uniquely yours.

Vendor & Custom Exceptions

Some items, like Sorelle Gallery Fine Art prints, are made-to-order with personal customization. These items cannot be returned or exchanged, except if damaged in shipping. If an item arrives damaged, email us with photos and save all packaging—our printer will send a replacement.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, gift cards, and any personalized or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged in transit.

🧾 Returns Process (When Approved)

In most cases, you won’t need to return the item. If we do request it back, we’ll provide you with simple instructions and a return shipping address. At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels.
