- Damaged or Defective? Contact us within 30 days at info@shopmarilu.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Change of Mind? Because many items are handmade or made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- Custom & Vendor Exceptions: Items like Sorelle Gallery Fine Art prints or items from our Bespoke Collection are made-to-order and cannot be returned, except if damaged in shipping. Save packaging and email us photos for a replacement.
- Final Sale: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/made-to-order products are final sale.
